Stixr operates as an individual artist/DJ project based in the United States. For the purposes of this policy, Stixr is the “business” and “data controller” responsible for the personal information described below.

Contact and booking information. When you submit the contact or booking form on the Site, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message (such as event details, dates, or booking inquiries).

Automatically collected information. Like most websites, the Site uses analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the Site. This may include your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the dates/times of your visits. We do not knowingly collect payment information, and the Site does not currently process purchases, ticketing, or e-commerce transactions.

7. Data Retention

We retain contact and booking form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping purposes, unless you request earlier deletion. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of our analytics provider.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
