This policy is written to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and other applicable California law. It applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site.
By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information when you use the Site:
Contact and booking information. When you submit the contact or booking form on the Site, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message (such as event details, dates, or booking inquiries).
Automatically collected information. Like most websites, the Site uses analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the Site. This may include your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the dates/times of your visits. This information is collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies.
We do not knowingly collect payment information, and the Site does not currently process purchases, ticketing, or e-commerce transactions.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies (small text files stored on your device) and similar technologies to operate analytics services. These cookies help us understand aggregate visitor behavior — for example, which pages are most visited — so we can improve the Site.
You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain features of the Site, though the Site will generally remain usable without them.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to booking inquiries and contact form submissions
- Communicate with you about your inquiry
- Understand how visitors use the Site, in aggregate, so we can improve its content and performance
- Maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the information collected through the contact form for advertising or marketing purposes without your consent.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:
- Service providers who help operate the Site, such as our hosting provider, analytics provider (e.g., Google Analytics), and email service used to receive booking inquiries. These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us.
- Legal or safety reasons, if required to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or respond to a valid legal request.
6. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and how it has been used and shared
- Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions
- Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (Stixr does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising)
- Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at bookings@stixrmusic.com. We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframes required by California law. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
7. Data Retention
We retain contact and booking form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping purposes, unless you request earlier deletion. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of our analytics provider.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
9. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
