These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of stixrmusic.com and djstixr.com (collectively, the “Site”), operated by Stixr (“Stixr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
1. Use of the Site
The Site provides information about Stixr, including music, event dates, media, and a contact/booking form for inquiries. You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or connected systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s functionality or security
- Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site using automated means, except as permitted by standard search engine indexing
- Impersonate Stixr or any other person, or misrepresent your affiliation with Stixr
2. Booking and Contact Inquiries
The contact/booking form on the Site is provided to facilitate inquiries about bookings, collaborations, and general contact. Submitting the form does not constitute a binding agreement, contract, or confirmed booking. Any booking, performance, or collaboration arrangement is only binding once confirmed in writing (including by email) and agreed upon by both parties, and may be subject to a separate agreement with its own terms.
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when submitting any form on the Site.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including but not limited to music, audio, video, photographs, artwork, logos, graphics, text, and the overall design and layout of the Site — is owned by Stixr or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, or otherwise use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Stixr. Personal, non-commercial use (such as viewing the Site or listening to embedded/linked music through authorized platforms) is permitted.
4. Third-Party Links and Platforms
The Site may contain links to third-party platforms (such as Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube, Instagram, or ticketing platforms). Stixr does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of use of any third-party sites or platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Stixr does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Stixr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable California law.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stixr from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
